Alex Gordon
Alex Gordon, the former first round pick of the Kansas City Royals organization and third baseman for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, has been demoted (again) and this time sent to the outfield. This comes after the first season with a fielding percentage under 90%. The real cause is obvious since he has been demoted before for his terrible batting and this year is no exception since he was batting "below the Mendoza Line" (.200) for the third straight year.
