Responsibility in the Private Sector

Transocean Ltd. owns the plant, BP operates it, and Obama is blamed as it oozes around 200,000 gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. Sometimes it seems if Obama made it rain cookies people would claim he was depriving them of milk. The private sector moans everytime the government takes a monitory role, and groans everytime its irresponsibility causes monetary or natural disasters. It's time companies started taking blame, not placing it.
