Today's front page said if teens have a job, they are less likely to be on the streets. Garry Kern was one of those teens years ago and it got him in jail for about 15 years. Douglas county's unemployment rate is much more lower than north Omaha. The Urban League, Goodwill, and Omaha Public Schools offer many summer opportunities for teens.
