A Pakistani-American was charged with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. He had sold his Nissan Pathfinder to a women. Inside the pathfinder was a large amount of propane, gasoline, fertilizer and fireworks. The Pathfinder was parked at Times Square, but no one was hurt.
