Due to the U.S cracking down on illegal immigration laws, more immigrants are returning to their homelands and staying there. Because of the recession, more legal citizens in the U.S are in need of jobs, and employers have more to choose from. Hiring illegal immigrants is a risk employers aren't as willing to take anymore, which is good news for Americans.
