Not Exactly Guinness
There is a lot of snow, there has been a lot of snow, there will be a lot of snow for quite some time. Possibly until late February. This winter is colder and whiter than any within my memory, but is not close to some conditions faced before. Few, inconsequential records have been broken. The biggest that seems possible this year is Most Consecutive Days of snow on the ground- Feb. 19 will make the 76 day and beat the 1960 record. So, there is a lot of snow, but there isn't a reason to obsess over it.
