Weather Not All That's Freezing

In the Midlands section today, the story "Governor freezes managers' pay" says that the state will be freezing the salaries of 230 administrators for more than 20 agencies under the governor. Gov. Dave Heineman and five other constitutional officeholders also asked that their own salaries be frozen for the next four years. These efforts are being made to help the "state budget woes".
