D.C. HIt By Blizzards

It looks like D.C. has been hit by back-to-back blizzards in the last week, accumulating over 28 inches of snow in total. It's so bad the snowplows are breaking down, and politicians are worrying that the inefficiency of clearing the streets is going to jeopardize their political futures. I guess Omaha isn't the only city that gets to enjoy the winter weather.
