Gang shooting results in two deaths

"He was supposed to come straight home, but he didn't," Yvonne Williams, mother of 15 year old Everett Williams, said. Everett had told his mother something was going to happen between two gangs, but said that he wouldn't be involved. The boy was shot and killed at about 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday. Later on in the evening, police were called to a home where a man with gunshot wounds was inside. It is not yet known whether the shootings are related.
