Kindergartners

I love the idea of changing the cut off date for Kindergartners to July 31st. For some, the age gap of up to 18 months is too much. They don't have the same skills as their other peers and this can put them at a disadvantage. I say Nebraska should move forward with this bill for the sake of Nebraska children.
