kindergarden
The issue in today's kindergarden classrooms is the wide range of age, and the different abilities brought into the classrooms. Children who are five on or before Oct. 15 can enroll in kindergarden, and the rest have to wait another year. The Legislative Bill 1006 proposes a slight change to decrease the massive age difference in kindergardeners - children who are five on or before July 31 can enroll, while the rest are left behind. I think it would be easiest if parents just enroll their kids whenever they feel they're ready.
