Too Much Debt

We have such a huge deficit ($1.6 trillion) that we may never be able to reduce our debt all the way! This is a scary fact, especially for teens who will soon be adults, and will be faced with the problem of paying off this deficit. There was also an article earlier this month about how nations with this high of debt haven't been able to grow economically in the past. Hopefully, the United States can defy these odds, or else we may not be a world superpower much longer.
