Deadly Force

Harry J. McCullough got a misdemeanor for killing 18-year-old Marquail Thomas on, Monday April 28. Charged for killing him with an illegally concealed weapon during an attempted robbery that is. Thomas and his 17-year-old accomplice, Angelo Douglas, were using a short shot gun to rob the 601 Northwest Radial St. Walgreen's. When a women was help at gunpoint from the back McCullough decided to take action. Since both his life and those of the other customers were endangered he will not get charged for the slaying. Scandalously enough I agree his force was justified. I wish we would all wear our guns in holsters like a wild west movie, but people do have the right to protect themselves, this is the perfect example. I'm all for carrying, just not concealed.
