One-to-One Computer Program

Council Bluffs Community Schools are trying to get portable computing devices for each of their students grades 3-12. I think this is great, but don't you think third grade is a little to young to carry a computer around everyday? These kids probably think it's a great idea, but they don't have the responsibility to carry these around and take care of them. Hopefully they will work something out.
