U.S women now match men in education, but not in pay

The good news is that women are as likely to have a college degree as men. I mean that's a step up. Sadly, women still don't match men in pay; we earn 80.2% of what men make. It should surprise and anger me, but it doesn't. This is just an unfortunate fact of life.
