Poetry Out Loud

A student from Brownell-Talbot is heading to Washington D.C. to perform in a Poetry-out-Loud contest. It's so cool that a student from our area won both the state and regional level. Did any of you go to that poetry slam several years ago here at Westside? It involved two professional poets who...battled? It was like educated rapping, totally awesome.
