Women vs. Men

Women now have roughly the same amount of education as men. So why isn't pay the same in the work place? If a woman has the same education as a man and does the same quality of work, then both should be paid the same wage. It's been decades since the women's movement, so America needs to step it up and finally get women the same paycheck as their male coworkers.
