Emerging From Behind the Chinese Curtain

So, I just got back early Tuesday from China and I feel like I have just emerged from behind a curtain. I didn't have any form of news while I was there; what little news was available was tainted by propaganda and in Chinese. But it was shocking to return and learn that the world moved on even though I was unaware! It is terrible that a plane crashed killing 95 people, including the Polish president.
