Apparently, Lincoln has been growing a lot of pot. Thirteen different houses have been raided and 8,000 marijuana plants have been seized. Wow, a lot has been going on in Lincoln, and going on under the radar. Police are finally getting smarter and learning how to bust people and where it's located at.
