Offensive Texting

Second offense, under an approved bill Wednesday Mar. 31. In real terms that means police cannot pull over soley for texting, but can be charged if it is paired with a first offense, like speeding. Considering the number of people that speed it is safe to assume this bill will just be additional fluff to driving restrictions. Way to waste time legislature.
